And you're 35 minutes from downtown Chicago via the South Shore Line.

Crown Point
Crown Point has experienced tremendous growth while keeping its heart. The historic square anchors the community with local shops, restaurants, and seasonal events. The newer developments offer modern homes with excellent lot sizes. The Crown Point Community School Corporation serves families across the community.
For families, the appeal is clear: a safe, engaged community with local schools, parks, and programs. For empty nesters, it's the right size: close enough to everything, yet calm enough to breathe. The dining scene has also improved significantly in recent years, which is a welcome bonus.
Making the decision
Every community has a personality, and it takes someone who knows the area to help you find the right fit. I encourage my clients to visit on a Tuesday afternoon, not just a Saturday open house. Drive the commute. Walk the neighborhood. That's when you really know.
